If you have questions about upgrading your DPM 2007 SP1 servers to DPM 2010, this upgrade advisor spreadsheet should hopefully be able to answer them.

It's really simple to use, just select the relevant options from the dropdown lists and hit the Generate Update Steps button.  Then simply follow the upgrade steps provided !
