Just to add to that note. I would start in the AD by creating the Users and Groups like the Action Account (opsmgractacc), the SDK Account (opsmgrsdkacc) then the reporting accounts, Read and Write Accounts so like opsmgrreadacc and opsmgrwriteacc. Then create the OMAdmin group, this will help with with any troubleshooting.
